Kitchen
How to use the Keurig
Please don’t use the Keurig and the kettle at the same time. It will trip the breaker.
- Fill the back reservoir with a cup of water.
- Open the front top compartment.
- Insert a new Keurig pod.
- Close the front top compartment.
- Wait for the light to blink, then push the top button to start.
Hot water
The hot water tank is in the basement. If the water is not hot, let it run about 15 seconds to warm up.
TV
The TV is set up with Netflix.

Detergent and laundry tokens
We provide laundry detergent and laundry tokens. They are in the drawer above the fridge. If you need more laundry tokens during your stay, please let us know and we’ll be happy to drop some off.
Operating the washing machine
- Hold the Washer button.
- While holding the Washer button, insert laundry tokens.
- Push the coin slider on the washing machine (the coin slider does not need tokens).

Paying in the app
- Make sure Bluetooth is on.
- Press FIND PAYBOX.
- Select 159 Gerrard Washer or 159 Gerrard Dryer.
- Enter the time you want (45 minutes for a wash or a dry).
- Press GET PRICE.
- Enter your prepaid code.
- Press CHARGE PREPAID.
Then push the coin slot in on the washing machine, or press Start on the dryer, as shown above.
Garbage
We will remove your garbage after you leave. If it starts to smell or you have too much, please put it in the bins at the front of the building.
