The gate is not locked. Slide it open.

If the gate is open, it may be because the employment agency next door leaves it that way during their hours (Monday to Friday, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm). Please leave the gate as you found it during that time. At all other times, please close it behind you.

Use your key to unlock the doorknob.

Please close the door behind you. It will automatically lock once closed.

Key won’t come out? Make sure the lever is fully turned back to the straight position before pulling the key out.

1. Fill the back reservoir with a cup of water.
2. Open the front top compartment.
3. Insert a new Keurig pod.
4. Close the front top compartment.
5. Wait for the light to blink, then push the top button to start.

The hot water tank is in the basement. If the water is coming out cold, leave the hot water running for 30 seconds.

The bins are in the alley behind the building (accessible from Sherbourne Street).

Exit onto Queen Street, turn right, and walk north on Sherbourne Street for about 75 meters. The bins are in the first alley on the right.

When exiting the building turn right. Walk north along Sherbourne and you will see the bins in the alley.

If you’re receiving packages, give the delivery driver your phone number and meet them at the door. Packages left outside may be stolen.

You can also have packages sent to one of the pickup points below.
