Parking Options
We do not provide parking. Here are nearby parking lots and temporary street parking permits.
340 College Street (190 meters)
This parking lot is very close and has 3 floors of underground parking and a surface lot. We recommend the surface lot.
Surface lot: behind the main building. It has limited spaces but is open 24 hours. There is usually space in the evenings after business hours.
Underground parking: closes early and has no after-hours access.
- Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 10pm
- Saturday: 7am to 2pm
- Sunday: closed

297 College Street (300 meters)
Open Monday to Sunday, 6am to 11pm.
The lot closes at 11pm, but you can still get your car after hours in an emergency: use the intercom at the main building entrance on College Street and building security will let you in.

Temporary parking permit
A temporary parking permit lets you park on the nearby residential streets for the length of the pass. It covers the street in front (Major Street) and the other streets nearby (Ulster St, Brunswick Ave, Borden St and more).
- Please keep an eye on the parking signs to make sure you are parking on properly designated streets.
- Print the pass and put it in your car windshield. We have a printer for your use.
- Your pass is valid for Parking Area 6B.

Kitchen
Hot water
The hot water tank is in the basement. If the water coming out is cold, please let it run a minute to warm up.
How to use the Keurig
- Fill the back reservoir with a cup of water.
- Open the front top compartment.
- Insert a new Keurig pod.
- Close the front top compartment.
- Wait for the light to blink and push the top button to start.
TV
The TVs are set up with Netflix.
